Hello. I stumbled upon your blog and glad to know you visited my part of the world. Actually the dress code stuff in Malaysia is not really that bad. Especially in cities, Sarawak and Sabah, the ordinary people just prefer to wear the everyday clothes like jeans, shorts,T shirts. In case you do come again, spend more time and you see that we are equally westernized in our choice of clothes. Just because the international community sees us as an Islamic country does not make us out to be like Arabians. If someone does cover herself up, we the common people would start suspecting a deviation from the mainstream religion. And not all are Muslims. Yes, I shall be following your travels.
